General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all contractual relationships between:

Any natural or legal person placing an order via the website www.carlige.ch
(hereinafter “the Customer”).

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

1. Purpose

These GTC define the conditions under which Carlige.ch offers for sale:

  • personalized products (objects, textiles, print on demand),

  • professional products (DTF machines, UV DTF, consumables, equipment),

  • digital content (e-books, training materials),

via the website www.carlige.ch.

2. Scope of application

These GTC apply to all orders placed on the website, without restriction or reservation, whether the Customer is a private individual or a professional.

Specific conditions may apply to certain products (machines, digital content) and shall prevail in case of contradiction.

3. Product information

Products are described as accurately as possible.
However, minor variations (colors, finishes, dimensions) may occur, particularly for personalized or made-to-order products.

Product photos are non-contractual.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF).

They are inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery costs are indicated separately before order validation.

Carlige.ch reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of order.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, Carlige.ch reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. Order

An order is considered final when the Customer:

  • validates the shopping cart,

  • accepts these GTC (mandatory checkbox),

  • completes payment.

An order confirmation email is sent after validation.

Carlige.ch reserves the right to refuse an order in case of:

  • previous dispute,

  • non-payment,

  • obvious error,

  • technically unfeasible request.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • credit/debit card,

  • TWINT,

  • bank transfer,

  • other solutions indicated on the website.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Personalized products & print on demand

Personalized or print-on-demand products are manufactured specifically according to the Customer’s instructions.

👉 Therefore:

  • no return, exchange or refund is possible, except in case of proven defect or error attributable to Carlige.ch.

The Customer is solely responsible for the content provided (texts, images, logos) and guarantees that they hold all necessary rights.

8. Digital content (e-books)

E-books and digital content are delivered in dematerialized form.

Delivery is made via download or email.

No refund is possible once access to the content has been granted.

All content is protected by copyright.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Professional products (machines, equipment, consumables)

Machines and equipment are intended for professional use.

Applicable warranties are those provided by the manufacturer, where applicable.

Technical specifications are provided for informational purposes only.

The Customer is responsible for proper installation and compliant use.

Carlige.ch shall not be held liable for improper use, incorrect installation or incompatibility with the Customer’s environment.

10. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

Delivery times are indicative only.

Delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation.

Risk is transferred to the Customer upon handover to the carrier.

The Customer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any damage without delay.

11. Warranty & claims

In accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations, the Customer must report any defect as soon as possible.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear,

  • damage caused by improper use,

  • unauthorized modifications.

12. Right of withdrawal

Swiss law does not provide for a mandatory right of withdrawal for distance sales.

Any return policy offered is voluntary and must be explicitly stated on the website or product page.

13. Liability

Carlige.ch’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Carlige.ch shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,

  • loss of business,

  • loss of data,

  • Customer errors.

14. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation.

Data is used exclusively for:

  • order processing,

  • invoicing,

  • commercial communication (with consent).

15. Intellectual property

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, content) are the exclusive property of Carlige.ch.

Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

16. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal provisions.

17. Acceptance of the GTC

These GTC must be accepted by the Customer prior to any order, via a mandatory checkbox.
